We, M/s Solfit Energy Private Limited, comply with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. In accordance with Clause 3(b) of the said Rules, we undertake to provide a newly registered Direct Seller a cooling off period of 7 days effective from the date of signing and execution of the contract agreement by him/her while registering as a Direct Seller with us. During this cooling off period the Direct Seller may cancel the contract agreement without any breach of contract or levy of penalty.
Note: This cooling off policy shall be read as part and parcel of the Contract Agreement entered into by a Direct Seller. The policy text is not reproduced in full in the agreement for the sake of brevity, and by signing the agreement the Direct Seller acknowledges and accepts this policy.
